CESARSALATDRESSING

Cesarsalat-Dressing ist schnell und einfach in der Zubereitung. Hier ein tolles Rezept.

ZUTATEN, THERMOMIX, TM31:

100 g Parmesan, am Stück oder zum Streuen
1 EL Essig
ein wenig Zitronensaft
Salz
Pfeffer
2 Knoblauchzehen, geschält
1 Tl Senf
75 ml Olivenöl
1 Eigelb, Raumtemperatur

ZUBEREITUNG:

1. Parmesan in den Mixbecher geben, für 15 Sekunden auf Stufe 7 mahlen, aufbewahren (wenn Sie Parmesan zum Streuen verwenden Schritt 1. ignorieren  )
2. Essig, Zitronensaft, Knoblauchzehen, Senf, Eigelb, Salz und Pfeffer in den Mixbecher geben, für 15 Sekunden auf Stufe 7 stellen
3. Auf Stufe 3,5 stellen, Olivenöl durch die Deckelöffnung langsam beifügen, dann für 1 bis 2 Minuten laufen lassen, dann mit dem Salat mischen und servieren
