Hier ein Rezept für leckere Cupcakes!!

ZUTATEN, THERMOMIX, TM31:

Cupcakes:
– 150 g braunen Zucker
– 100 g Butter, Raumtemperatur
– 150 g Mehl, gesiebt
– 2 Eier
– 1 Beutel Vanilleflan
– 1 Teelöffel Hefe
– ½ Teelöffel Backpulver
– ½ TL Zimt
– 1 Prise Salz
– 50 g gehackte Walnüsse
– 2 reife Bananen
– 75 ml Milch

Buttercreme:
– 250 g Butter, Raumtemperatur
– 450 g Puderzucker
– 1 Teelöffel Vanille-Extrakt
– 2 Teelöffel fettarme Milch
– 50 g schwarze Schokoladenperlen

ZUBEREITUNG:

Cupkcakes:
1. Backofen auf 170 Grad vorheizen
2. Zucker und Butter in den Mixbecher geben, für 20 Sekunden auf Stufe 4 stellen
3. Eier beifügen, ​​für 30 Sekunden auf Stufe 3 stellen
4. Milch, Mehl, Backpulver, Salz, Zimt, Flanpulver und Hefe beifügen, für 50 Sekunden auf Stufe 4 stellen
5. Bananen mit einer Gabel zerdrücken und beifügen, für 30 Sekunden auf Stufe 3 ½ stellen
