Couscous Salat mit Fetakäse

400g Couscous

1 Dose Kichererbsen

200g Fetakäse

2 rote Spitzpaprika

1 Zwiebel

10 Cocktailtomaten

1-2EL Tomatenmark

3-4EL Öl

1 Schuss Essig

Gewürze: Salz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft v 2 Zitronen, Chili

Couscous nach Anleitung bissfest garen -> Gemüse klein schneiden -> in einer Schüssel Tomatenmark, Öl, Essig, Gewürze, Zitronensaft und Petersilie gut verrühren-> zum Schluss alles gut mit einander vermengen, wobei den Käse nur unterheben und im Kühlschrank 1h durchziehen lassen -> nochmals Abschmecken
