Gerade an den kalten Wintertagen ist eine Suppe doch genau das Richtige. Diese leckere Brotsuppe wird benötigt auch nicht viele Zutaten und ist schnell und einfach zubereitet. Das Rezept ist mit den folgenden Zutaten für 2 Personen geeignet.


ZUTATEN:

– 250 g Weissbrot (z.B. Baguette)
– 40 g Butter
– Petersilie
– Knoblauchpulver
– Pfeffer
– Salz


Das Weissbrot erst in ca. 1,5 cm dicke Scheiben und dann in dünne Streifen schneiden. Die Butter in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Brotstreifen darin knusprig anbraten. In einem Topf etwa 750 ml Wasser zum Kochen bringen und die Brotstreifen dazu geben. Die kleingehackte Petersilie dazu und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Knoblauchpulver würzen. Guten Appetit!
