Dies ist ein Rezept für eine typisch amerikanische Torte. Kalorienbombe, aber lecker 😉 !!!
ZUTATEN, THERMOMIX, TM31:
Kuchen:
2 1/4 cups flour, sifted (ONE CUP/240 ML.)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 sachet baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sunflower oil
80 g butter, room temperature
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tsp red baking powder coloring
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Filling and Glaze:
450 g Philadelphia cheese
4 cups powdered sugar
120 g butter, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Cake:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Grease and flour a round tin (23 cm diameter)
3. Put the flour, yeast, salt, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder in the blender jar, mix and reserve
4. Oil, milk, butter , eggs, food coloring and lemon juice in the blender jar, mix well on level 3 (the mixture should be homogeneous)
5. Add the flour mixture, mix on level 4 until you have an even dough, put in the baking pan and cook for approx. Bake at 180 ° for 30-40 minutes
Filling and glaze:
6. Insert the butterfly, put the butter, vanilla extract and cheese in the blender jar and beat on speed 3 until fluffy, add the icing sugar and mix until you get a homogeneous cream, then put the cream in a bowl and leave to rest in the fridge
7. Allow the cake to cool, cut into slices, fill with the cream and glue the layers together, spread the cream on the outside of the cake, decorate (see picture) and serve
